Now available for basketball, water polo and triathlon
Fixtures, results and league tables for all your teams, always ready: pulled in automatically from your federation, or filled in yourself in a few clicks. Leaving you more time for the club.
Made in Belgium
Sound familiar?
Every club we talk to tells the same story: a calendar that is never right, one key person and a WhatsApp group full of questions.
Someone retypes the matches for every team, or there's a federation iframe that's unreadable on a phone. One rescheduled match and the site is wrong.
With Myclubly
If your sport is linked, Myclubly fetches fixtures, results and league tables itself, rescheduled matches included. If not, you fill them in with a few clicks.
Only Marc knows how the website works. If he goes on holiday or steps down, everything grinds to a halt.
With Myclubly
So simple that anyone can pitch in. Everyone gets their own login and a role that fits.
How much is the membership fee? When do the U12s train? Where's that accident form? The same questions in the WhatsApp group every week.
With Myclubly
Training times, membership fees and documents in one fixed place, easy to read on any phone.
Features
Myclubly keeps fixtures and results up to date; you add what makes your club unique. No technical knowledge needed, anyone can do it.
Fixtures and results · all teams
From the youngest juniors to the first team, all in one place. If your sport is linked, like basketball and water polo, everything comes straight from the federation, rescheduled matches included. If not, you enter matches and results in a few clicks and they appear across the site right away.
Follow live · basketball and water polo
If your competition uses a digital scoresheet, as in basketball and water polo, the match unfolds on the site automatically: anyone who couldn't make it follows the score and scorers online. For other sports, you post the result yourself after the match.
Pick a match: the result and how it unfolded are ready. Add a photo and publish.

Styles
Below is the same demo site, live, in each of the two styles, each in a light or dark version. Pick what suits your club. You can switch any time, in one click.
Powerful, sporty, match-day feel
Big capital headlines and the club colour in the spotlight, on a dark or light background. For clubs whose first team packs the hall on a Saturday night.
Modern, friendly, youthful
Rounded shapes, soft shades of the club colour and plenty of white space. For youth clubs and clubs looking to attract new members.
Colours come straight from your logo. Myclubly picks readable combinations for buttons, headings and backgrounds. Want something different? Adjust the colours yourself and see the result instantly.
How it works
Three steps, no technical know-how. Start after training and you're done before the clubhouse bar closes.
Tell us which club you are. We set up your site with the teams, venues and calendar from your federation. No link for your sport? Then you create your teams or groups yourself.
Pick Arena or Fris, light or dark. Myclubly takes the club colours from your logo; you can always fine-tune them.
Send an email invitation and choose for each person what they can manage. That way you don’t have to do it all yourself.

Sports
For basketball and water polo, fixtures, results and standings come automatically from the federation, including live scores and goalscorers. For triathlon and other sports without an integration, the club enters groups, races and results itself, with the same site and the same admin. Volleyball, hockey and football integrations are on the roadmap.

Frequently asked questions
Can't find your question? Email us at info@myclubly.com. A real person will reply.
Yes, that's exactly the idea. Your membership admin and fees stay where they are; a link to them simply sits in your site's menu. Myclubly does the part such a package doesn't: a fast, good-looking club website with the fixtures, results and standings of all your teams, automatically and with live scores for integrated sports. No hosting, certificates or updates to worry about, and no price per member.
No. If you can send an email or post something on Facebook, you can use Myclubly. Fixtures and results update themselves or take a few clicks to enter; writing news works just like an ordinary word processor.
You keep your own domain name and we connect it to your new website. If you choose setup by Myclubly, we also carry over the useful content from your old site: texts, documents, sponsors and team info.
For basketball (Basketbal Vlaanderen) and water polo (Waterpolo Online), yes: Myclubly updates the fixtures, results and standings of all your teams every few minutes, including rescheduled matches and new teams. For other sports you enter matches and results yourself, in a few clicks. When an integration arrives for your sport, we simply switch over.
Yes. Invite as many people as you like and choose for each person: full access, or only the sections you tick. For example just the news, or the attendance of one team.
The club remains the owner of its data. We only process it on your behalf, as set out in our data processing agreement, and it is stored on servers in the EU. By default the site sets no tracking cookies. If you choose to use Google Analytics, the site asks for consent first. We never show dates of birth or federation membership numbers.
Yes. You pay monthly or yearly, with a minimum term of 1 year, add-ons included. After that first year you can cancel by the end of the current month or year.
Yes. Make one sponsor your website partner: they appear at the bottom of every page with ‘This website is made possible by’ and their logo. A ‘digital partner’ package of around €600 a year fully covers You manage, VAT included.
The most recently fetched data simply stays visible on your website. As soon as the federation is reachable again, Myclubly brings everything back up to date. Visitors barely notice.
In a single evening. You pick your club, a style and your colours, and for an integrated sport the fixtures appear straight away. Then you add club info, documents and sponsors at your own pace. Or you let us do it.
Of course. You choose from two styles, each in light or dark, and the club colours are taken automatically from your logo. Photos of your teams, the venue or the club party you add yourself.
No. Myclubly is fully independent, including of Basketbal Vlaanderen and the water polo federation. We use the public data they make available for club websites.
