These terms apply to the clubs that use Myclubly and to anyone who uses the admin on their behalf.

Who are we?

Myclubly is a product of Fienix BV (company number BE 0743.386.323), registered office 's Herenbaan 26, 2840 Rumst (Belgium), office Hoek 76 box 200, 2850 Boom. You can reach us at info@myclubly.com.

What is Myclubly?

A platform that lets sports clubs manage their website. Fixtures, results and standings come from the federation or are entered by the club. The club also manages news, a newsletter and posts for Facebook and Instagram.

Accounts and access

The club decides who gets access to the admin and with which rights. Everyone uses their own account and keeps their login details to themselves. If you notice someone has unwanted access, let us know right away.

The club's content

Texts, photos and logos remain the club's. The club is responsible for what it publishes and makes sure it has the necessary rights and consents, for example from people in a photo. We may take down content that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.

Facebook and Instagram

A club can connect its Facebook Page and Instagram account. Myclubly then only publishes the posts the club writes or schedules itself, on the channels the club chooses. Meta's terms also apply. You can disconnect at any time, in the admin or via Facebook. See also data deletion.

Availability

We do our best to keep Myclubly running smoothly, but we can't rule out an interruption due to maintenance or an outage. We show federation data as the federation provides it.

Pricing and cancellation

The club pays according to the chosen plan, monthly or yearly, with a minimum term of 1 year. This also applies to every add-on, from the day it is activated. After that minimum period the club can cancel by the end of the current month or year. After cancellation we hand over the club's content on request and delete the data within 30 days.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount the club paid us over the past twelve months, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

Privacy

How we handle data is described in the privacy statement. For data a club collects through its website, Myclubly acts as a processor on behalf of the club, under the data processing agreement.

Changes and governing law

If we change these terms on an important point, we let the clubs know in advance. These terms are governed by Belgian law.
