Who are we?

Myclubly builds websites for sports clubs. Myclubly is a product of Fienix BV (company number BE 0743.386.323), registered office 's Herenbaan 26, 2840 Rumst (Belgium). Fienix is the controller of your personal data. If you have any questions about your data, you can always contact us at info@myclubly.com.

What data do we collect?

When you request a demo: your name, your club and your email address, plus anything else you choose to fill in (phone, sport, your role at the club, number of members, the plan you're interested in and your message). Nothing more.

What do we use it for?

Only to answer your request, schedule a demo and help you further if you become a customer. We won't send you a newsletter without your consent, and we never sell or share your data with anyone.

Facebook and Instagram

When a club connects its Facebook Page or Instagram account to Myclubly, we receive from Meta the name, ID and profile picture of that Page or account, plus an access token. We use it only to publish the posts the club writes or schedules itself, on the channels the club chooses.

We don't read private messages, comments, followers or insights, and we use nothing for advertising. The access token is not visible to anyone in the admin and is erased as soon as the club disconnects the channel. More on the data deletion page.

How long do we keep it?

No longer than needed to follow up on your request. Would you like us to delete it sooner? Just send us an email.

Cookies

This website does not set tracking or advertising cookies without your consent. If you accept in the cookie banner, we use cookies from Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to measure how visitors find and use Myclubly. In addition, Leadinfo uses the IP address to recognise which company or organisation visits the site; it does not recognise individual visitors. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page. If you sign in to the admin, we set a cookie to keep you signed in. If you view the demo in another style, we remember that choice for one day.

Your rights

You can always access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Email us at info@myclubly.com. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

What about the club websites?

For the club websites, each club is itself responsible for the data it collects. Myclubly processes that data only on the club's behalf, under our data processing agreement. For questions about this, please contact the club directly.
