Data deletion

Having your data deleted.

You decide what happens to your data. Here is how to have it deleted, including that of a connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.

What do we store from Facebook and Instagram?

Only what is needed to publish for the club: the name, ID and profile picture of the connected Page or account, an access token and the posts the club wrote in Myclubly itself. No private messages, comments, followers or insights.

1. Disconnect in the admin

In your club's admin, go to Social media and click Disconnect next to the channel. The channel and the access token are erased immediately, and Myclubly no longer publishes anything to that Page or account.

2. Remove access via Facebook

On Facebook, go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations and remove Myclubly. This revokes access immediately. To also have the data erased on our side, disconnect the channel in the admin as well, or send us an email.

3. Have everything deleted

Email info@myclubly.com with the name of your club and, for social media, the name of the Facebook Page or Instagram account. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data on a club website

Did you fill in a form on a club's website, or subscribe to its newsletter? Then the club manages that data. Ask the club to delete it, or email us and we'll help. More in the privacy statement.
